Key Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting:

Developing Forecasts: You’ll create predictions (forecasts) of how much product will be needed in the future. These forecasts are used by various teams to make decisions about production, inventory levels, and purchasing.
Improving Accuracy: You'll work continuously to make these forecasts more accurate by analyzing past data and trends.

Managing Planning Processes:

Multi-Season Planning: You’ll oversee planning processes that span multiple seasons, ensuring timelines are met and that the data used is accurate.
Data Integrity: Ensuring that the data used in these forecasts is accurate and up-to-date is critical, as decisions across the company will be based on this information.

Operational Metrics and Insights:

Analysis: You’ll analyze demand data to generate insights that can lead to better decision-making.
Driving Improvements: Using these insights, you’ll help improve key operational metrics, ensuring that the company can better meet consumer demand.

Operational Activities:

Weekly/Monthly Updates: You’ll manage the synchronization of booking data on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Review Processes: You’ll coordinate the analysis and review of bookings, prepare detailed reports, and update systems with decisions made during these reviews.
Communication: You’ll be responsible for communicating updates (like product drops) to relevant teams to ensure that bookings and forecasts are adjusted accordingly.
Forecast Updates: You’ll regularly update forecasts for specific products (like replenishment forecasts for jerseys and tees) based on actual sales data.
Promotional Forecasting: You’ll create and maintain forecasts for promotional items, ensuring that the company is prepared for promotional events.
