About the Position
Cherry Street Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to efficiently coordinate maintenance activities and assist with back-end administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a team mindset.
This position reports to the Cherry Street Energy Director of Operations and Maintenance.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and prioritizing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Coordinating with technicians, clients, and suppliers
- Managing inventory and equipment resources
- Monitoring work order progress and update service records
- Analyzing maintenance data to improve efficiency
You’re the right person for this job if you possess:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling, preferably in solar installation or commercial HVAC
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Basic understanding of solar power systems
