We are working with a firm seeking to fill two positions with (2-6 year) associates with expertise in probate and fiduciary litigation in Houston. Ideal candidates have experience with fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience representing parties in contested probate administration, contested trust administration, guardianship cases, will contests, allegations of undue influence or competency questions while drafting estate planning documents, and other controversies surrounding the making or administering of estate plans. The practice is also willing to consider litigators with practical pre-trial and trial experience who have a genuine interest in the practice. These are high net worth matters, can be very contentious, and are interesting and fact-specific cases. It is a great opportunity to be mentored by Chambers-ranked probate litigators and to work in a streamlined practice where associates have direct client contact and accelerate their skill set.
