Role Description
The ideal candidate will be a talented, personable attorney with at least three years of experience related to the legal representation of community associations and real estate. Approximately 70% of the position will involve arbitration, litigation, and mediation of community association issues. The remaining work for this position involves residential and commercial real estate closings and litigation. The position is designed for an attorney who wants to grow professionally and personally in their legal career.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Florida
- Experience in real estate law, community associations, litigation, property transactions, closings, and contracts
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and laws
