A well-regarded law firm in Woodland Hills, California, that represents a major insurance company in insurance defense litigation matters seeks a REMOTE, contract attorney with 3 to 6+ years of relevant litigation experience.
Candidates' experience should include drafting demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, legal research, motion writing, and taking and defending depositions. Trial preparation and trial experience, as well as mediation experience, are beneficial but not required.
The firm prefers candidates who can work at least 25-30 hours per week. Possible opportunity for full-time hours.
Generous hourly compensation of $70-80/hour to start, depending on experience.
A California bar license is required.
