We have a fantastic opportunity for an O&I Move Coordinator to work with our client, a reputable Dallas, TX-based moving and relocation company.
In this position, you are in charge of making sure the moving department runs well and of giving outstanding assistance to all parties involved in the business moving and relocation procedure.
O&I Move Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating commercial moves in full from beginning to end.
- Throughout the entire moving and relocation process, keep your clients and coworkers informed of each step and update.
- Become a range of clients' primary point of contact.
- When necessary, participate in walkthroughs and assist with work bidding.
- Deliver first-rate customer service by making sure all pertinent parties are informed of any updates.
- Ad-hoc tasks that arise on demand.
Skills and Experience required:
- Prior experience in the relocation and moving sector.
- Able to plan and assign work effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle time and scheduling well.
- Technologically savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office.
- affable, personable, and capable of conversing with individuals in all positions of authority, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
