Role Summary:
The firm is looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as the driving force of their Survey department. Reporting to the Co-CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Team, the Director of Survey offers professional and managerial expertise to enhance the department and the company as a whole. - Implement core values in day-to-day operations, ensuring that individual priorities align with departmental and company goals.
- Engage in the Market Share Process for business development efforts, develop team members, lead project pursuits, and contribute to proposals
- Provide vision and direction for the department, review and determine its structure, oversee processes and drive continuous improvement through direct reports
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while maintaining client satisfaction
- Establish and monitor clear objectives, and present departmental performance succinctly to management for continuous improvement.
The Director of Survey should have...
- Licensed P.L.S. (Multiple States Preferred)
- 10 years of experience as a P.L.S. Manager
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication with clients, staff and management
- Strong entrepreneurial leadership and ability to collaborate with Executive team on an entrepreneurial level
