Role: Program Manager (MS Visio Expert)
Location: Richmond, VA
Position Summary
Supports End to End Technology for programs and initiatives including initiative financial management. Performs initiative management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Responsible for technical execution of projects supporting the Rewards team. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/initiatives. Manages multiple initiatives or a single major initiative. Partners with Program Managers, Delivery Leads and SMEs to create business features for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live
Essential Skill
Preferred IT QA experience on Banking applications
• Experience on managing the projects such as scrum master or Product manager role is a plus
• Skills on Microsoft project and Visio is a plus
• Experience and exposure to Agile methodologies
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, often across various locations and time-zones.
• Ability to lead meetings to explain team capabilities, reporting and/or potential data issues. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, with excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $ 60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
