Roles and responsibilities;
- Experience in software development in a production environment
- Demonstrable experience in UI development, web, iOS, Android, or native Linux application
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Dart, TypeScript, Objective C, Kotlin, Swift
- Base knowledge of operating systems level interactions – interaction with file systems, user access management controls, command line interface, file structures, software build/deployment
- An eye for UX design, thinking about the customer and how what is built affects the experience
- A positive attitude and a desire to dig deep and learn
- Experience in software development in a production environment
- Experience working on projects of various sizes, organizations, and technical architecture
- Proactive communication – drives discussions to reach an actionable outcome
- Experience in software development in a production environment

- Can clearly explain past failures and how things could have been approached differently
- Has led teams to develop complex software, requiring interactions with other teams, balancing trade-offs and compromises to deliver on time
