Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meditech Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and support of enterprise applications. You will play a crucial role in both maintaining existing applications and contributing to new development projects within a collaborative project team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide development and ongoing support for enterprise applications.
- Learn and maintain existing applications, ensuring they meet current standards and performance expectations.
- Participate in project teams to develop new applications, including gathering requirements and providing accurate work estimates.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance MEDITECH MAGIC and Customer NPR environments.
- Create and customize Customer Defined Screens within the MEDITECH Clinical Patient Care System.
- Implement group responses and attributes within the Customer Defined Screens.
- Write, test, and deploy scripts using Boston Workstation or similar automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
- Document technical specifications, project plans, and user guides as needed.
Qualifications:
- Advanced skills and substantial experience in MEDITECH MAGIC and Customer NPR environments.
- Proven experience in creating and customizing Customer Defined Screens within the MEDITECH Clinical Patient Care System.
- Expertise in implementing group responses and attributes within MEDITECH screens.
- Proficiency in writing and deploying scripts using Boston Workstation or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
