Enviro Tech, an Arxada company is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role specializes in providing on-site technical support to our municipal wastewater and new markets, with a particular focus on the startup, trial and optimization of our peracetic acid disinfection systems.
Responsibilities
- Peracetic Acid System Support: Provide end-user on-site technical support for peracetic acid disinfection system optimization. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may arise and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Equipment Installation and Setup: Lead the installation and setup of new peracetic acid applications, including dosing and control equipment where needed, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for the customer’s needs.
- Trial start-ups and Training: Conduct trial start-ups of new systems and provide comprehensive training to operations staff to ensure they are fully equipped to manage and maintain the systems and safely handle the material.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data on the performance of our peracetic acid disinfection applications. This includes writing detailed reports and presenting findings to both internal teams and customers.
- Mechanical Maintenance and Repair: Perform mechanical maintenance and repair of dosing and control equipment, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition.
- Engineering Support: Provide engineering support to our existing wastewater distributors, helping them to effectively sell and service our peracetic acid products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven equipment installation, handling, and mechanical maintenance expertise is required.
- 3-5 years of field level sales experience in wastewater is desired
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in US and some travel to Canada.
- Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The expected salary range for this role is $9'.000 - $140.000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
