Position: Product Manager - Healthcare Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Manage product strategy for the healthcare packaging segment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs specific to healthcare packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, regulatory, and marketing, to develop and launch new healthcare packaging products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Define product specifications, pricing, and positioning tailored to healthcare applications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and performance, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the healthcare industry, including medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies.
