Overview:
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Trainer who can effectively train users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product usage. The trainer will also be responsible for creating training materials and guides.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for users on UAT and product usage.
- Create comprehensive training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions in person and remotely.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand training needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Junior to mid-level experience in a training or instructional role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Proficiency with JIRA and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in training within the software or technology sector.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
