HR Compliance position
W2 Contract (18 month duration with good chance of extension or right to hire)
Candidate local to the greater St. Louis, Missouri area only please
Rate: $33-36/hr with benefits
Notes:
- Their groups work closely together—person works for both functions
- Need to be proactive and drive things forward
- Thinker, come to table with ideas, collaborate—they are always looking to improve tasks/processes so people that are open to bringing these ideas up are nice
- Independently but knows when to ask for guidance
- Person will truly be owning their tasks
- Running reports or trends
- Data entry
- Monitoring of regulatory changes
- Workday (not required) — will back up someone on the data side that works in this.
- Regulatory monitoring—manage own compliance site internally on SharePoint---SharePoint would be helpful to understand this. Ie: updating links
- Excel—advanced run pivot table, vlookup
Reponsibilities
- Monitoring new regulations
- Reporting ER complaints—monthly basis---own this
- contingent reporting—monthly basis—own this
- EEO-1—just completed but this person will help with the upcoming one
- Distribution/posting of new/updated privacy notices globally from GSPO----- hopes this person could help implement and own this. It would be a learning process for this person, so not expected to have prior experience
- Assist with data retention deletion coordination (and ongoing maintenance plan)---will depend on the person if they will do this or not
- Audit Form I-9s to Ensure Every Employee has one
- HR Compliance Reminders (Overtime, Encryption, etc.)
- BLS / Internal Audit Requests / Subpoena requests—adhoc reports
- Data Management reporting/analysis
- U.S. HR policy / handbook maintenance—wants this person to own this
