They are looking for a Control Systems Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to optimize the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our client’s operations. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Control Systems Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement control systems for new and existing operations, ensuring that all systems meet the required performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing operations, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Monitor control system performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal operation.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Control Systems Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience in control systems engineering, preferably in industrial sector.
- Proficiency in control system software and tools (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
