Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance for various IT systems and supporting operational processes
- Leverage regulatory guidelines and business best practices to meet current and ever-changing requirements, improve processes, and strengthen compliance within the organization
- Create and maintain documented technical procedures, contributions to reducing human performance errors, and elimination of audit findings
- Lead compliance related system operations tasks utilizing comprehension of regulatory requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on a W-2
- Experience with compliance in support of critical systems
- Knowledge of NERC CIP standards is highly desired
- Ability to perform manual data reviews and analysis with keen attention to detail to identify discrepancies or errors
- Must have current or recent experience performing similar work
- Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems OR mathematics desired
- 3 years of relevant professional experience can serve as substitution
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
