OVERVIEW
We are seeking a California licensed attorney for eDiscovery project support work.
That includes L2 review, privilege logging, drafting review protocol, Relativity searches, fact
analysis/development and witness prep.
This role would be deployed to a significant litigation matter. The role will work directly with
staff attorneys, eDiscovery counsel and Letterhead attorneys.
This is a contract position on a temporary basis and full Firm conflicts will need to be completed
in addition to a full background check.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school.
- Admitted to the CA bar, active and in good standing.
- Candidate must have experience as an Associate at a law firm – ideally, have previously served as a Staff Attorney. Focus will be on firms specializing in litigation.
- 5-7 years of software experience utilizing Relativity.
- High level of expertise in privilege practices and process.
