Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in leading software development teams with a strong background in Python/Django and React.
- Proven experience managing large, distributed development teams, including offshore resources.
- Strong backend development background for ecommerce platforms
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Position Overview:
The VP of Technology will be responsible for overseeing our Python/Django backend and React frontend development efforts.
