Position Title: Salesforce Architect & Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Core Salesforce and Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements).
- Integrate Salesforce with Jira using AppFire Connector (optional).
- Manage and optimize live chat systems within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on Core Salesforce and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Entitlements.
- Experience with Jira integration, preferably using AppFire Connector (optional).
- Expertise in managing live chat systems within Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Architect certification or equivalent is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira for project management.
- Familiarity with third-party integration tools and APIs.
- Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
