Title: Program/Project Manager
Purpose
Strategize, implement, and maintain multiple project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Reporting Relationship
Reports to COO
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams, to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and projects for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Skill Requirements
Five or more years of experience in working with upper-management, either in project or program management capacity
Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in managing stakeholders
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Experience leading organization transformation projects including offshoring, technology and process re-engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
Strong working knowledge of, MS Project or other project management tools
Experience in proposal and/or business case preparation
