Position Overview:
This JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst role is a permanent opportunity, ideal for a candidate who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide expertise, system configuration, and testing across JD Edwards E1 Purchasing, Sales Order Management, MPS/MRP, Inventory, and Transportation Management modules.
Daily Activities:
- Collaborating with key functions to gather, document, and understand business objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with technology challenges and opportunities
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for business process improvement, emphasizing enhanced system functionality and data usage
- Documenting and articulating business processes, requirements, and functional designs, ensuring usability and data accuracy
- Providing end-user support, including testing, maintaining systems, and resolving data quality issues
- Conducting analysis to evaluate project or application feasibility, prioritize requests, and address operational challenges
- Developing and delivering training materials to educate others on business or system expertise while continually acquiring new knowledge through research and training

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a JD Edwards Business Analyst in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
- Strong system configuration and testing experience
- Strong business acumen across multiple functions, particularly in JDE E1 Purchasing, Sales Order Management, MPS/MRP, Inventory Management, and Transportation Management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (across all levels)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Process/Data Mapping
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) and Repetitive Process Automation tools (Orchestrator) is a plus
