MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Location: Summit County, UT
Reports to: Factory Manager
Compensation: $100 - $120K + Bonus
Responsibilities & Requirements of the MANUFACTURING MANAGER:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and effective work environment conducive to productivity
- Compelling leadership style with an abilitly to build rapport and and engage teams
- Proven ability to proactively lead improvement efforts resulting in quantifiable outcomes
- Set production and performance expectations for value stream
- Experience applying quality management techniques for problem-soving and process decisions
- Establish value stream budgets and annual plans
- Strive for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased quality in all processes
- Lead workforce of direct labor and professional employees to achieve value stream objectives
- Outstanding communication and collaboration with both local and remote work teams
- Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma certification/belt, or related experience highly desired
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
