Job Title: Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) Product Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CLM Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our CLM solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the CLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and engineering, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to inform product decisions.
- Champion the user experience by gathering user feedback, conducting usability testing, and continuously improving the product to meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in CLM or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of contract life cycle management processes and best practices. Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
