Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preconstruction Manager at KennMar Construction in Indianapolis, IN. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting. The Preconstruction Manager will work closely with the Project Managers, company CFO, and new business development directors on a daily basis. Compensation is commensurate with experience. - Design Management skills
- Experience in Proposal Writing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
