Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring quality standards and managing GxP documentation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format documents within the eQMS.
- Administer and review eQMS system workflows.
- Manage document control processes, including creation, review, and archiving.
- Provide training on Document Control and related topics.
- Handle paper records and assist with compliance metrics.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences.
- 5+ years in Quality Systems and Document Control, especially with GxP documentation and eQMS.
- Experience with electronic Document Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, basic Excel and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Experience in training on Document Control and Quality Assurance.
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
