Position: Technical Support Specialist

Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ of experience in a technical support role
- Experience deploying laptops / desktops
- Including getting all of the machines set up and running properly
- MUST have excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with high level attorneys and executives
- Will be onsite supporting people directly or remotely
- Strong Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Mobile Device experience
- Must be knowledgeable in Office365 (Adobe, OneNote, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Printer troubleshooting experience
- Imaging experience
- Experience with incident tracking and resolving service desk tickets
Plusses:
- Experience with iManage
- (Law firm specific tool in the cloud that sorts files into one secure location)
- Previous law firm experience
- Experience supporting C- level executives
Day to day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team. This candidate will play a critical role in supporting the clients’ needs and will be assisting with deploying new laptops and desktops to the field. They will work closely with the local office management, attorneys, lawyers, and executives to ensure they are transferring over necessary documents from their current machine to their new computer.
Compensation:
$__20__/hr to $__27___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
