What you will have:
· Must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Management, MIS
· Must have 9+ years of extensive experience with Oracle CPQ design, implementation, and support on medium to large projects, including:
· All modules within Oracle CPQ including Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Email Templates
· Must have over 9 years of technical knowledge in BML, JavaScript, CSS, XSL, XSML and HTML
· CPQ data tables and BMQL queries is a must.
· Approval workflow development
· UI customization (JET UI) in CPQ experience
· Migration center
· In-depth cross-functional knowledge of Oracle CPQ within the end-to-end opportunity to cash business processes
· Work experience in a lead position demonstrating ability to lead design, implementation of Oracle CPQ capabilities and provide subject matter expertise in CPQ business processes and Oracle CPQ services interaction with CRM—customer relationship management, digital commerce/ecommerce and, digital commerce/ecommerce systems
· Extensive experience identifying and solutioning gaps (configurations, extensions, integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.) between client processes and Oracle CPQ
· Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies
· Ability to work independently, navigate complexities, deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems / situations and as a team leader in a fast-paced environment with diverse/global teams in onsite-offshore model

Responsibilities:
· Lead discussions with clients to understand current state business processes, collect business requirements and perform requirements fit gap analysis, develop future state recommendations, and provide optimal CPQ solutions enabled by Oracle Cloud best practices
· Lead design workshops, design solutions and Oracle Cloud CPQ solution configuration to integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM—Customer relationship management, Digital commerce/ecommerce and, Digital commerce/ecommerce systems.
· Lead POCs development to configure, price and quote features within Oracle CPQ and integration with ERP, CRM and Commerce systems to incorporate complex business use cases involving different pricing and product configuration scenarios
· Collaborate with solution architects from other tracks to develop the functional design for clients’ Oracle Cloud solutions and align Oracle CPQ with other pillar solutions. Facilitate cross functional discussions throughout the project lifecycle
· Lead technical development and design for conversions, integrations, reports, and extensions leveraging Oracle PaaS platform for medium to large and complex Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations
· Lead development of functional design documents, test scenarios and test scripts. Lead test cycles for the track and collaborate with project and client team for successful planning and execution of test cycles
· Manage all aspects of the CPQ track through different phases of the project life cycle (Requirements, Design, Build, SIT / UAT / Regression Testing, Training, Deployment and Hypercare)
· Work with client counterparts to define technology footprint as part of implementation roadmap
· Provide inputs on deliverable effort, timelines, and resources requirement for the project
· Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer
· Lead Oracle Cloud accelerator development, engage in pre-sales, contribute to recruiting and other practice development efforts
