Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our team full-time on-site. This role involves frequent court appearances, with multiple court appearances per day being common. You will also meet with clients in person at our office or via telephone, providing them with expert legal counsel and support.
There are no hourly billing requirements or obligations, but you must be consistently available during work hours and ensure punctual arrival at court hearings.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Workdays may occasionally start earlier or extend later, depending on court schedules.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License & Good Driving Record
- Familiarity with civil, personal injury, or criminal law is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- South Carolina Bar Membership
- All trial observation requirements completed (Rule 403)
