Summary: The purpose of this position is leading organization in IT strategy and governance, implementation of the latest digital technologies for digital transformation and risk and compliance management. This position is responsible for creating project portfolio of latest technology analysis as well as internal business cases and identifying opportunities for digital transformation and innovation and developing plans for implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Partner with researchers and stay up to date with industry trends in digital transformation and recommend strategic changes based on research and analysis.
- Maintain and update the portfolio and ensuring that the organization is properly utilizing the portfolio for business solutions.
- Partner with the IT digital management department and provide expert knowledge and guidance on digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interests in digital transformation including emerging technology and agile to learn advanced analytical skills to apply new concepts and/or real-life problems.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Engineering (i.e., Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering) with 3 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams including stakeholders, defining business requirements and objectives, and achieving business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely to teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Knowledge and understanding of theories, concepts and approaches relevant to Digital Transformation including statistic, engineering management, operations, research, data analytics.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management including process, evaluation models, and tools.
- Experiences in managing project-related risks and issues and developing contingency plans.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS office (Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and data analytics tools.
