As the Client Relations Supervisor at Forrest Solutions, you will be the vital connection between our clients and our operations team. Your role will be pivotal in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively resolving any challenges that arise. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership (30% Daily):
- Oversee the daily operations of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with targets, revenue goals, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a clear operational overview to ensure client deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
- Innovate by introducing new best practices in services, staffing, and technology to enhance our service offerings.
- Collaborate with teams to set and achieve short- and long-term goals, ensuring continuous client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all sites are tour-ready, maintaining a professional and organized environment.
People Leadership (20% Daily):
- Lead by example, monitoring staff performance, attendance, and adherence to policies.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and identify training opportunities to develop your team’s skillset.
- Foster a positive, results-oriented work culture that encourages growth and excellence.
Meeting Room & Workspace Management (20% Daily):
- Oversee meeting room reservations, ensuring they are properly maintained before and after each use.
- Manage mobile and resident workspaces, ensuring they are organized and presentable at all times.
Kitchen & Supply Management (10% Daily):
- Coordinate with Office Services to ensure timely restocking of kitchen and office supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and pantry areas.
Reception & Visitor Management (10% Daily):
- Greet and assist all visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and top-notch service.
- Manage visitor lists, and temporary badges, and provide support for any urgent requests.
Training & Development (1.5% Weekly):
- Invest in your professional growth and that of your team by participating in training programs and earning relevant certifications.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a service industry such as hospitality, event planning, or a similar field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- A professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A client-first mentality, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, with occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
