Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all aspects of employment litigation
- Conduct case analysis and strategy development
- Oversee budgeting and case management
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and written discovery, including E-discovery
- Attend and represent clients at depositions, hearings, motions, and mediations
- Prepare for and participate in trials
- Provide client counseling on a range of employment issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of substantive litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Excellent research abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Proven ability to manage litigation deadlines, multiple clients, and complex matters efficiently
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive case management
