The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing IT operations to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including system administration, network management, and user support.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge in network administration, system management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
