Customer Relations Specialist
Preowned Auto Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction by engaging with customers and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their inquiries.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Learning and understanding customer’s needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 - 5 years’ experience in answering customer-related calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
