Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in construction cost estimating, preferably within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector
Strong computer-based estimating skills are required
Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera P6
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners
