HOW YOU FIT
It will be the fruits of your labor that will get vehicles scheduled for wrap and ready to rock. You will be responsible for various scheduling KPIs which you will strive to exceed to enable successful client campaigns. You will run point with wrap shops, maintaining strong relationships and securing new ones. You will embody Carvertise culture through your hustle, execution and outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Role Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinates and sets/confirms timely appointments for drivers with wrap shops to launch marketing campaigns
- Coordinates and confirms vehicle deinstall appointments as needed for drivers with wrap shops to end marketing campaigns
- Establishes wrap shop relationships: researches, vets, negotiates pricing and terms, obtains agreements within set parameters and scope; escalates as appropriate
- Ensures wrap/unwrap completion by securing proof of install/deinstall photos for upload
- Collaborates with fellow Carvertise teams to execute work
- Meets or exceeds all quantitative and qualitative KPIs and other metrics assigned; updates tracking system per defined schedule
- Maintains accurate and complete operational records, including communication logs; generates reports as needed
- Performs special projects, tasks or duties as assigned by leadership
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates or Technical Degree is preferred. 3+ years scheduling experience in an office environment requiring a high level of professionalism, organization and communication. Previous work in a high-volume, KPI-driven, call-center environment strongly preferred.
SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, leaders, peers; bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
- Goal-oriented, organized and results driven multi-tasker; uses time effectively
- Complies with processes, procedures and policies
- Adaptable and forward thinking, embracing and recommending process improvements; personal bar-raiser
- Tech savvy: computer skills to include CRM, ERP, data entry/word processing, various software and email systems
- Friendly and professional—works and gels with the team; makes us stronger
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to navigate office environment and sit for extended periods of time
- Using basic office equipment such as computers, printers and department specific equipment
