Responsibilities:
- Apply safety protocols with immediate action in response to detected hazardous situations.
- Ensure all machine safety devices are operational before restarting after maintenance.
- Propose preventive maintenance improvements to enhance reliability.
- Perform 2nd level maintenance operations and troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
- Escalate deviations observed during curative or preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and escalate any discrepancies detected in the spare parts inventory.
- Actively participate in line QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors during preventive maintenance activities.
- Repair components or sub-assemblies to facilitate replacement.
- Assist in the machine receipt process at the supplier in collaboration with process engineering.
Need to have:
- Mechanical and Electrical background
- Robotic troubleshooting experience
