We are seeking a Sr. Estimator for Interior Projects to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates for drywall projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and sales team to develop project budgets and proposals
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential risks
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bid proposals, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of drywall construction and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
