Job Summary: Journey is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as an Entry-Level Creative Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for developing compelling content. This role will provide an opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing campaigns and gain valuable experience in the industry.
Candidates must be able to work 2-3 days in office (Richmond, Va.). This position is hybrid.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Brainstorm & pitch monthly ideas to support ongoing brand goals and marketing campaigns based on overall performance goals
- Create and edit product videos
- Assist with Web design and ad design
- Edit images using In-Design and Photoshop
- File management and organization of folders to ensure easy workflow and access to assets by other team members
- Assisting the creative team with various projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Graphic Design experience
- College degree in graphic design or related field
- Experience with video editing and photography
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, content-driven idea, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Excellent reading, proofreading, writing, publishing, and copy editing
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout
- Desire to learn and grow
