Role Overview:
- The Brand Engagement Coordinator position is a highly visible role requires exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. - This is a full-time, onsite contract position at the Client's Technology Center, Boston.
- This position is focused on managing and enhancing the customer and stakeholder experience at Client’s Technology Center in Boston. The role involves coordinating tours, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and administering ambassador programs. The coordinator will ensure that each visitor has an excellent experience, representing the Client brand effectively.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who enjoys event planning and community building. The position offers a chance to make a significant impact on Client's brand engagement and customer experience at their Boston Technology Center.
- The role requires you to champion Client’s Design and Make Platform, ensuring that every visitor has a memorable and positive brand experience. You'll be the face of the Technology Center, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the customer journey, from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour Program Management:
- Deliver and manage tour experiences at the Technology Center.
- Coordinate with various teams (Executive Briefing, Research) to handle tour requests, scheduling, and feedback.
- Administer global tour programs and ensure smooth operations.
Community Building and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture a community of tour ambassadors.
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams like Residency, Research, and Facilities.
- Support and enhance the ambassador program, both locally and globally.
Exhibit and Event Coordination:
- Assist with the global exhibit program, including logistics and troubleshooting.
- Partner with other teams to coordinate and market brand-related events.
Administrative Support:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for tours and ambassador programs.
- Manage scheduling, communication, and training related to these programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building communities, public speaking, and hospitality or retail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
