MUST HAVES:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Financial services experience; specifically employment law
- Securities Litigation experience
Day to day:
My client in the legal industry, is looking for a contract attorney to join their team in the West Palm Beach, FL area. This individual will be taking on the high volume of cases that the current team does not have the bandwidth for, supporting their Securities Litigation group specifically. They will specialize in helping clients negotiate, draft, review and manage contacts, so specific experience in - drafting discovery, legal research, reviewing arbitrations, drafting first responses/discovery responses are all necessary. The ability to comprehend the complex technical language located on contracts is also important, due to needing to communicate these terms of the agreement to others. This will mainly be heads down, but having a good personality, driven and able to work with others is important due to the team dynamic in the office.
