Gecko Designs is seeking an experienced, Missoula-based professional to join its growing Project Management team! Please note this position is IN HOUSE from our office in Missoula, MT. Project Management - As a Project Manager at Gecko Designs, you're not just a taskmaster; you're the conductor of our creative locomotive, ensuring every project moves forward with the precision of a Swiss train system. While keeping an eye on the bigger picture, you have the focus and organizational systems to ensure individual tasks are executed on time and on budget. You advocate for clients’ interests internally and serve as their trusted advisor in the long term.
Client Service - Your role extends beyond mere project oversight; you're the George Clooney or Julia Roberts of client interactions, effortlessly blending charisma with professionalism and hard skills. Picture yourself as the face of Gecko Designs, where your engaging demeanor, warmth and sincerity leaves a lasting impression on our clients.
Technical Skills - But that's not all – your expertise will help you navigate projects through our production funnel, akin to a seasoned explorer charting new territories. You'll wear the hat of a generalist, understanding the intricate dance of branding and website projects from inception to fruition, and you understand the nuances to communicate effectively with collaborators in our Design and Development teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Take the helm of projects, steering them from conception to delivery, meticulously planning, scheduling, and monitoring budgets.
- Foster transparent and timely communication with clients and our internal teams.
- Collaborate with our Business Development team on proposals to ensure projects are scoped accurately.
- Collaborate and advocate for positive changes in processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Effectively manage a full slate of account clients amid ever-changing requirements and priorities.
- Gather reviews and testimonials from clients to showcase our impactful work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience – a proven track record of success.
- Four-year degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field – the foundation for your professional journey.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities – adeptly managing diverse responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS – tools for crafting impactful experiences.
- Deep understanding of account management best practices – guiding projects with expertise.
- Insight into the creative process for both web and print projects – where imagination meets execution.
- Acute attention to detail – identifying potential issues before they impact a project.
- Highly effective communicator – fostering clear and collaborative communication.
- Strong customer-centric viewpoint – valuing and prioritizing client relationships.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle – understanding the journey from concept to creation.
- Ability to identify and work through complex problems, including conflict resolution – a strategic problem solver.
