Overview:
One of Boston's leading asset management firms is seeking a motivated desktop engineering professional who can be a hands on team lead for their Microsoft Endpoint Management Technologies! This opportunity provides a strong team culture, surrounded by experienced professionals in the tech space. You will, as mentioned, be a hands on leader for the team, evaluating, maintaining, and enhancing their Service Desk offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively enhance their current desktop environment
- Maintain different infra related to Windows, Apple MDM, and more
- Partner with InfoSec team colleagues to ensure proper security for endpoints and respective supporting services
- Act as a tier 3 support POC, handling escalation issues from respective team
- Package Software for automated deployments within the environment
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Windows Technologies, such as WMI/WQL, Installer, and more
- Significant expertise within the M365 application ecosystem (Autopatch, Autopilot, Intune, Entra, and more)
- Focused expertise within Intune
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (Powershell, or Python) alongside SQL querying ability
- Power BI or Power platform exposure a plus
- Financial experience a plus
