The HVAC Construction Foreman oversees and manages the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at construction sites. Serving as a lead technician, this role ensures that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.

- Lead a team of technicians, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan and execute HVAC installations accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect work progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Order materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting skill development and adherence to industry best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in HVAC systems preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a minimum of [X] years in construction-related roles.
