I'm partnering up with a large credit union looking for a skilled Card Service Manager to join the team. the primary function of this role is to oversee the daily operations of our card services department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional member service. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of card payment systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our members. This position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance their servicing model, implement new features and technologies, and identify opportunities for product development and improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of card services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and exceptional member service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the servicing model and implement new features and technologies.
- Stay informed about card payment systems, industry trends, and member preferences to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing card products and programs, including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a CU management program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Card Services Management experience, preferably with a credit union or financial institution.
- Strong management, leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Superior level of member service skills and commitment to organizational goals.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
