Senior JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst (100% Remote)

Our client, an industry-leading consumer products manufacturing and engineering company proudly based in the U.S., is seeking a dynamic Senior JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst. This role will drive significant improvements in their key systems and business processes. Daily Responsibilities:
- Identifying and documenting business needs, including understanding structure, processes, and operations
- Resolving complex cross-functional stories and tasks in Jira
- Acting as a liaison between business and ERP technology functions
- Leading and conducting design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of strategic projects
- Recommending process improvements by analyzing industry and company best practices
- Gathering requirements for IT solutions and identify impacted business processes for IT integration
- Identifying system solutions within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP platform and ancillary solutions
- Enhancing current system functionality by defining and documenting solution recommendations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x experience
- Strong background in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead groups and cross-functional teams
- Well-organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/I.T.-related field
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience writing SQL queries
