Job Description: Installation Analyst
Overview: The Installation Analyst will manage a large-scale camera deployment project across multiple supermarket locations. Acting as the central point of contact for in-store technicians, the Analyst will oversee the deployment in approximately 70 stores per week, troubleshoot installation issues, and enforce standards.
Required Skills:
- Linux Experience: Proficient with CentOS and Suse for tasks like OS installations, reimaging, and network configurations.
- Scripting: Familiarity with Bash and Python for automation and troubleshooting.
- Networking: Basic understanding of network communications, DHCP, and DNS.
- Server Configuration/Patching: Experience with firmware updates and driver installations.
- Communication Skills: Proficient with Jira, Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to read logs and resolve technical issues.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to overcome obstacles and ensure smooth deployment.
