Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the 3rd shift of this established and growing manufacturer in Delaware, OH!!
Production Supervisor will utilize strong leadership skills to develop production associates, manage the production process, focus on safety, ensure GMPs are followed and focus on continuous improvement. This is a hands-on position for the working Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor will train on 2nd shift from 2:00pm-10:30pm M-F for about a month and then go to permanent 3rd shift which is 10:00pm-6:30pm M-F.
Pay will be $33.65/hr + consistent overtime and incentives
Average Overtime will be 5 hrs/wk with a pay rate of $50.48
Production Supervisors average $10,000-$15,000 annually in overtime, attendance bonuses and quarterly bonuses
To be successful in this position, Production Supervisor will have:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in high GMP environment a plus
- Experience in Lean/5S methodologies a plus
- Good computer skills to include MSOffice
- Proven leadership skills/experience
