A dynamic midtown Manhattan-based law firm seeks to hire a full-time real estate associate attorney with 3 to 7 years of related experience. A demonstrated interest in working in the area of residential and commercial real estate is required. Portable business is preferred.
Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental and vision plans, a profit sharing 401(k) plan, and paid vacation. Competitive salary (between $85,000 and $140,000) commensurate with experience and ability to originate business. Additional compensation opportunities include an associate origination policy and bonuses for those that qualify.

- Relevant course work and/or work experience
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior writing ability and strong research skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently on time-sensitive matters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
- Experience with ACRIS and CRM (customer relationship management) software preferred but not required
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to upholding utmost standards of client confidentiality
- Admitted (or admission pending) to practice in New York; admission (or admission pending) in New Jersey and/or Connecticut is a plus
