Scheduling experience on large-scale, ground-up projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary scheduling data and updates.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays and risks.
- Analyze schedule impacts and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
- Support the project team in achieving key milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align material delivery schedules with project timelines.
