Summary: We are currently seeking a talented Civil Engineering Land Development Project Manager to join our established interdisciplinary engineering consultancy in Tennessee to oversee Residential and Commercial Land Development & Site Design projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and design phases for land development projects.
- Coordinate project activities with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion and achievement of project objectives.
- Guide projects from initial concept through to final completion, maintaining oversight of all phases.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other design professionals.
Requirements:
- PE
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in site design within the civil engineering sector.
- Bachelors in Engineering (Preferably Civil)
